Column rack: The columns of the attic shelves are usually heavy-duty columns made of high-quality steel. Our company will provide flexible solutions according to the different load requirements of customers to ensure stronger bearing capacity and stability.

Main beam and support beam: The main beam and support beam are used to form the framework of the attic shelf, and their specifications are determined based on the design load capacity of the attic. The main beam is used to support the floor, while the supporting beam provides additional lateral and longitudinal stability.

Floor panel: The floor panel is the load-bearing layer of the attic shelf, with various materials available, such as wooden plywood, steel buckle plate, or galvanized plate. Different floor materials are suitable for different environments and fire protection requirements.

Fence: On a floor without wall enclosure, a guardrail with a height of usually 1200mm is installed to ensure personnel safety and prevent accidental falls of goods.

Entrance and Exit: According to the actual needs of the warehouse, suitable entrances and exits will be reserved for the attic shelves to facilitate the entry and exit of goods, and auxiliary equipment such as elevators may be used.

Stairs: For the convenience of staff going up and down the attic, the attic shelves will be designed and installed with stairs. Stairs are usually sturdy, durable, and comply with relevant safety regulations.

Standard shelves and combinations: The bottom floor may use a standard shelf system, combined with columns, to support the attic structure above. Sometimes attic shelves are combined with other types of shelves (such as cantilever shelves) to meet specific storage needs.

Framework structure: The crossbeam and column pieces are assembled into a framework by hanging, which forms the main structure of the shelf. After the framework construction is completed, floor panels will be laid on top of it, ultimately forming a complete attic shelf system.
